ÉTAPES
Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas, then cut them diagonally in half.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the snow peas and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan, and stir-fry until the snow peas turn vibrant green.
