- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 250g spring cabbage, sliced
- 1/3 stalk green onion, sliced
Staples
- 20g vermicelli, cut into smaller pieces
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp sliced chili
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Remove the core of the spring cabbage and slice it into thick strips. Slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the vermicelli into smaller pieces using kitchen scissors.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Add cabbage and green onion, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften. Then, add all the seasonings.
Add the vermicelli and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vermicelli softens and absorbs the flavors.
