- 🥡 1 block tofu
- 🌾 1 cup flour
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Pat the tofu dry using kitchen towels and cut it into cubes.
Place 1 cup of flour in a plastic bag, add the cubed tofu, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.
In a separate pan, mix gochujang, minced garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, corn syrup, and sesame seeds to create the sauce.
Simmer the sauce on low heat until it thickens slightly.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
