- 🥬 1/4 head napa cabbage kimchi
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soup soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tsp coarse salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- a small amount of seaweed
- 💧 4 cups cold water
- 10 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Gently remove the kimchi filling and slice the kimchi into small pieces.
Mix green onion, garlic, sugar, and soy sauces together with the kimchi.
Add cold water and mix. Adjust the seasoning with salt and vinegar, then stir well.
Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds generously. Chill the broth in the refrigerator.
Cook the noodles, rinse under cold water, and drain. Season with 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp soy sauce per serving.
Combine the prepared broth and toppings with the noodles. Garnish with seaweed and serve.
