- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g), diced
- 🌿 20g cilantro, chopped
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
ÉTAPES
Dice the onion and red bell pepper into 1cm cubes. Separate cilantro stems and leaves; chop stems finely and cut leaves into 2cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened. Add ground chicken and cilantro stems, cooking until chicken changes color. Add sake and cook until liquid evaporates.
Add cooked rice and red bell pepper to the pan, stirring to combine. Mix in chicken stock powder, soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce until well incorporated. Finally, add cilantro leaves and stir briefly.
