Main Ingredients
- 🍠 330g steamed sweet potato
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🌑 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 7 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Peel the skin off the steamed sweet potatoes and mash them finely using a potato masher.
Mix the mashed sweet potato with salt, black sesame seeds, glutinous rice flour, and milk until the dough is not sticky and easy to shape.
Scoop 1 tbsp of the dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat for the remaining dough.
Place the dough balls on parchment paper in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other.
Cook in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. Check for even cooking.
Cook for another 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve the sweet potato balls warm. Enjoy their chewy texture and nutty flavor.
