- 🍠 1/2 boiled sweet potato
- 🌽 1 tbsp corn kernels
- 🧀 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 5 dumpling wrappers
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp oligosaccharide
ÉTAPES
Mash the boiled sweet potato and mix it with milk and oligosaccharide.
Add corn kernels and mozzarella cheese to the mixture and stir well.
Place dumpling wrappers on a flat surface and add the filling on top.
Wet the edges of the wrappers slightly and fold them in half. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Pan-fry the dumplings on low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
