Dry Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 🍬 100g sugar
- 🧂 2g salt
- 2g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 100g melted butter
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🥚 2 eggs
Filling & Coating
- 🍠 72g mashed sweet potato
- 🌰 1g cinnamon powder
- 🍬 20g sugar for coating
ÉTAPES
Lightly beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Mash the boiled sweet potato and add it to the mixture.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar, then mix until combined.
Gradually add melted butter in two batches, mixing thoroughly each time.
Pour the batter into molds and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190°C for 10 minutes before baking.
Cool the bread completely, then coat with a mixture of cinnamon powder and 20g sugar.
