INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍠 3 sweet potatoes
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 200 g glutinous rice flour
- 🧂 85 g sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🌑 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Boil the sweet potatoes until soft.
Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them well.
Add 200 ml of milk to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.
Add the glutinous rice flour to the mixture.
Add 85 g of sugar and mix thoroughly.
Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds and mix evenly.
Shape the mixture into round portions and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Let the bread cool completely before serving.
