- 25g mentaiko (1/2 piece)

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

ÉTAPES
Cut the mentaiko open and extract the contents.
Slice the sweet potato into 1.5cm thick rounds, soak in water, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mix the mentaiko and mayonnaise in a bowl, then evenly spread the mixture on the sweet potato slices.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper.
