INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredient
- 4 pieces fried tofu (80g)
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 150 ml water
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot and add the fried tofu. Turn over occasionally and boil for 1–2 minutes over medium heat. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Cut each piece in half along the longer side.
Wash the pot lightly and add the seasoning ingredients (☆). Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the fried tofu, cover with a drop lid, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
