Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (400g) sea bream
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), chopped
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the stem from the tomato, chop it roughly, and place it in a bowl. Add the sauce ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper) and mix. Microwave uncovered at 600W for about 90 seconds to create the tomato sauce.
Season the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper, then pat them dry.
Dip the sea bream fillets into the beaten egg, then coat them evenly with white sesame seeds.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the sesame-coated sea bream and cook until both sides are crispy and fully cooked.
Plate the fish, pour the tomato sauce over it, and garnish with chopped parsley.
