Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Curry
- 200g ground pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🧅 1/4 green onion (40g), minced
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 400cc water
- 40g curry roux (2 blocks)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Taiwan Minced Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Topping
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add minced onion, and sauté until softened. Add water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add curry roux and Worcestershire sauce, and stir until dissolved. Heat again on medium until warmed.
In a microwave-safe container, mix ground pork, green onion, and Taiwan minced seasoning ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the meat is cooked, stirring occasionally.
Serve rice in a dome shape on a plate, pour curry roux over the rice, top with Taiwan minced pork, and place egg yolks in the center.
