INGRÉDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 50g chopped takana pickles
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onions
Condiments
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
Chop takana pickles into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat and add the eggs. Quickly add the rice and stir-fry until the rice becomes fluffy and separates.
Add chopped takana pickles and dried shirasu to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
Pour soy sauce around the edge of the pan and stir until fully absorbed.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
