- 20g sliced bamboo shoots
- 🧅 15g green onion
- Pinch of black pepper
Soup Base
- 💧 150cc water
- Pinch of consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion into 4 vertical slices.
In a mug, mix the soup base ingredients (water, consomme, salt). Add bamboo shoots and green onion. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Crack an egg into the mug, poke a few holes in the yolk with a toothpick. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve.
