- 1/2 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)

- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the octopus with sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add potato starch and aonori to the bowl and mix until the octopus is evenly coated.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the coated octopus for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
