INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🐙 200g boiled octopus
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces and make two small cuts on each piece.
Place the octopus and seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, grated ginger, sesame oil) into a plastic bag. Massage the mixture and remove air from the bag before sealing. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Add the beaten egg and potato starch to the bag. Seal and shake the bag to coat the octopus evenly.
Heat 2cm of salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the coated octopus for about 1 minute until the surface is crispy.
