INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus, diced
Vegetables
- 🌽 50g whole corn
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Bonito flakes, as needed
- Aonori (seaweed flakes), as needed
- Pickled ginger, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp okonomiyaki sauce
- Black pepper, a pinch
ÉTAPES
Dice the boiled octopus into 1cm cubes. Slice the green onion thinly after cutting it lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the octopus and corn, stir-frying until coated with oil. Then add the rice and stir to break up clumps.
Add the seasoning ingredients (okonomiyaki sauce and black pepper) and stir-fry until well mixed. Serve on a plate and garnish with mayonnaise, bonito flakes, aonori, and pickled ginger.
