Base
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp chopped pickled ginger
- 2 tbsp tempura flakes
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp dried sakura shrimp
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 80g boiled octopus
Toppings
- As needed takoyaki sauce
- As needed bonito flakes
- As needed mayonnaise
- As needed aonori seaweed
ÉTAPES
Mix cooked rice, green onion, pickled ginger, tempura flakes, cheese, dried shrimp, and dashi powder in a bowl.
Place 1/7 of the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, add 1/7 of the boiled octopus, and shape into a ball. Repeat to make 7 balls.
Place the rice balls on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
Top with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori seaweed before serving.
