Mentaiko Mayo Sauce
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
ÉTAPES
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents.
Mix mentaiko and mayonnaise in a bowl, then add milk and pepper to create the mentaiko mayo sauce.
Arrange the frozen takoyaki in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for the recommended time on the package.
Pour the mentaiko mayo sauce over the heated takoyaki, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
