INGRÉDIENTS

- 🦐 100g shrimp with shells
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🧄 pinch of grated garlic
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove the shells and devein the shrimp. Wash thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl. Add the shrimp and coat evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Arrange the shrimp on a baking tray and cook in a toaster oven for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Slice the cucumber diagonally, cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces, and tear the green leaf lettuce into manageable pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients (marked ★) in a bowl.
Arrange the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tandoori shrimp on a plate. Drizzle with the dressing.
