- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 🥬 2 leaves green lettuce, torn
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Mix the pork with yogurt, ketchup, curry powder, sugar, garlic, and salt in a container. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Thinly slice the onion and red bell pepper. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated pork and onion, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with lettuce, red bell pepper, and the stir-fried pork mixture.
