- 2 pieces (50g) tarako

- 🧅 40g chopped green onion
- 5 minced shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and shiso leaves.
Cut open the tarako and scoop out the contents with a spoon.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, tarako, green onion, shiso leaves, and the seasonings until sticky. Divide into 10 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the meatballs, and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.
