INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 40g pickled takana greens
- 🧅 1/2 bunch chopped green onion
Seafood
- 1 piece tarako (cod roe)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Toppings
- To taste shredded nori
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut open the tarako and extract the roe.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Mix the cooked white rice and egg in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the rice mixture over medium heat until it becomes fluffy.
Add green onion, takana, half of the tarako, and the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, butter). Stir-fry until well combined.
Serve on a plate and top with shredded nori and the remaining tarako.
