- 🐟 1 can (80g) sardines in kabayaki sauce
Vegetables
- 40g dried daikon
- 🥒 1 cucumber
Condiments
- 🥫 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add dried daikon, and cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Drain and squeeze out excess water once cooled. Cut into bite-sized lengths.
Trim both ends of the cucumber and use a rolling pin to lightly smash it into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, lightly mash the sardines with a fork, then mix in mayonnaise and pepper.
Add the dried daikon and cucumber to the bowl and mix gently.
