- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetable
- 200g nagaimo
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- suitable amount of shredded nori
ÉTAPES
Place nagaimo in a plastic bag and crush it roughly using a rolling pin.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place chicken skin-side down. Cook over medium heat until browned, then flip and cook until the meat changes color.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
Add crushed nagaimo to the pan and mix briefly.
Serve on a plate and garnish with shredded nori.
