- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- Potato starch, as needed
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Pat the chicken thigh dry with kitchen paper, remove excess fat, and cut into large bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Massage and marinate for 10 minutes.
Wipe off excess moisture from the chicken using kitchen paper and coat thoroughly with potato starch.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C (about 2cm deep). Fry the chicken pieces, turning them over once they are golden brown, until both sides are crispy and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
