- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Sushi Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

ÉTAPES
Mix sake and soy sauce in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at 600W. Let it cool, then add the tuna and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
