- 🍗 6 chicken wings
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 4 slices of ginger
- 400ml unsweetened sparkling water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Chopped green onion as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Rub chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Place chicken wings, ginger, sparkling water, and seasoning ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Skim off any foam, cover with a drop lid, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Flip the chicken wings, add boiled eggs, and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, occasionally turning.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
