- 🍗 500g chicken thighs
- 🧅 1 onion, 200g
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, 50g
- 🥕 1 carrot, 150g
Seasonings
- 🍅 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp consomme
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES

Pierce the chicken skin with a fork and cut into quarters.

Slice the onion into 1cm pieces against the grain.

Cut the king oyster mushroom into 1cm slices.

Chop the carrot into large bite-sized pieces.

Mix all seasonings in the rice cooker pot, add the chicken and vegetables, and cook using the regular rice setting.
