INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 600g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the pork spare ribs with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the ribs, and sear until browned on both sides.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and water) to the pressure cooker. Cover and cook on medium heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Release pressure naturally, then uncover and heat on medium to thicken the sauce while coating the ribs.
