INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 10 crab sticks
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 150 ml water
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and mix well. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with grated ginger, sake, salt, and shredded crab sticks.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour half of the egg mixture and cook until semi-set, stirring gently. Repeat for the second portion.
Serve rice in bowls, top with the cooked egg mixture, pour the sauce evenly, and garnish with chopped green onions.
