INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced

- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
- Seaweed, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and crack the egg into it. Cook on low heat until the egg white sets.
Remove the fried egg and heat the pan again. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook through.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning mixture and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Serve cooked white rice in a bowl, top with torn nori, teriyaki chicken, and the fried egg.
