Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Condiments
- 🧈 Butter as needed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Mash boiled eggs in a bowl with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
Cut chicken thigh to even thickness.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, cook until browned, flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Wipe excess oil, add teriyaki sauce ingredients, coat chicken evenly, remove, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Toast sandwich bread, spread butter, layer lettuce, egg mixture, and chicken, then wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
