INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
- 2 chikuwa, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces and the chikuwa into 5mm diagonal slices.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces by slicing diagonally with a knife. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Then, add the chikuwa and stir briefly.
Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the ingredients are well coated. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
