INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 🧈 300g silken tofu
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
Toppings
- Mayonnaise as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
ÉTAPES
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper and microwave it uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes.
Let the tofu cool, drain the water, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until crispy on all sides.
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and simmer until the tofu is evenly coated.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with mayonnaise, and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
