INGRÉDIENTS
Grain
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly, removing the core.
Season the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan, heat over medium, and stir-fry the pork until its color changes. Add the sliced onion and continue frying until softened.
Add the teriyaki sauce and stir briefly. Return the eggs to the pan and mix everything together.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the teriyaki pork and onion mixture, and garnish with chopped green onion.
