- 4 taro (200g)
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Wash the taro thoroughly and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes with the skin on.
Peel the taro after microwaving and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Coat the pork and taro with potato starch. Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the pork until browned. Add the taro and pour in the mixed sauce.
Cook until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency, then remove from heat and serve.
