- 3 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar substitute
ÉTAPES
Mix sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar substitute in a bowl to create the teriyaki sauce.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Place the yellowtail fillets in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fillets occasionally.
