- 🍜 40g glass noodles
Seafood
- 🍤 6 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Meat
- 🍗 50g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery, sliced
- 🧅 30g red onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🌿 20g cilantro, chopped
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- Chili flakes, as needed
ÉTAPES
Slice celery diagonally, thinly slice red onion and soak in water, then drain. Mince garlic, halve cherry tomatoes, and chop cilantro.
Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse under water.
Mix fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, and chili flakes in a large bowl.
Boil water in a pot and cook glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the bowl with the seasoning mixture.
Boil shrimp in the same pot for 2 minutes until cooked, then drain. Cook ground chicken in the same pot for 2 minutes until done, then drain.
Add shrimp, ground chicken, celery, red onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic to the bowl and mix well.
