- 🐖 300g pork belly block
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 shredded cabbage leaves
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly block into 1.5cm thick slices.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork slices, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Check if the pork is cooked through, then remove excess fat from the pan.
Add sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and grated garlic to the pan, mix well to coat the pork evenly, and cook until the sauce thickens.
