Main Ingredients
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 100g kimchi
- 🍢 1 piece (200g) thick fried tofu
- 🌱 1 bag bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 800cc water
- 🧂 4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Toppings
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌿 Chopped green onion as garnish
ÉTAPES
Cut the thick fried tofu and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat, then add pork belly and kimchi. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add water, chicken stock powder, grated garlic, and grated ginger to the pot. Mix well.
Add bean sprouts and cook for about 2 minutes until they soften.
Add the thick fried tofu and bring the soup to a boil.
Stir in grated cheese, adjust the taste with salt and pepper, and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onion.
