INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Tofu
- 2 pieces (200g) thick fried tofu
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea sprouts
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 150ml water
Thickener
- 2 tsp potato starch
- 2 tsp water
ÉTAPES
Remove the shrimp veins and roughly chop the shrimp. Cut the pea sprouts into 1cm pieces.
Pat the thick fried tofu with kitchen paper to remove excess oil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the tofu, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and place on a serving dish.
Wipe the frying pan clean with kitchen paper, add the seasoning ingredients (☆), and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the potato starch mixture to thicken the sauce, then mix in the pea sprouts briefly. Pour the sauce over the tofu.
