INGRÉDIENTS
Carrot Rape
- 🥕 2 carrots
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 100 ml orange juice
Macaroni Salad
- Water as needed
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 50 g macaroni
- 50 g mixed beans
- 70 g tuna
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
German Potato Salad
- 🥔 2 potatoes (200-300 g)
- Water as needed
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥛 50 ml milk
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice carrots and sprinkle with salt. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, and orange juice. Squeeze water out of carrots and mix with the dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Boil water with salt and cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, combine chopped cucumber, mixed beans, and tuna. Add olive oil and honey, mix well. Add macaroni and lemon juice, then mix again.
Peel and slice potatoes into 1 cm pieces. Boil with water and salt until tender (about 7 minutes). Drain and dry over heat.
Mash potatoes until smooth, then mix in milk until creamy.
In a pan, heat salad oil and sauté sliced bacon and onions until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine mashed potatoes with sautéed bacon and onions, mayonnaise, and mustard. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
