ÉTAPES
Boil the bean sprouts and squeeze out the excess water.
Mash the tofu using the back of a knife.
Wrap the mashed tofu in a cloth and squeeze out the water.
Mix the bean sprouts, tofu, minced garlic, perilla powder, black sesame seeds, sesame seeds, and salt evenly.
Finish by drizzling perilla oil and serve.
