INGRÉDIENTS
Seaweed
- 10-15g dried seaweed
Protein
- 150g beef for soup
- 🧈 300g tofu
Liquid
- 💧 1.5L water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
ÉTAPES
Soak the dried seaweed in a bowl of water until softened. Rinse thoroughly 2-3 times to remove any fishy smell. Squeeze out excess water and set aside.
Prepare the beef by patting it dry with a paper towel. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pot over medium heat. Add beef, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the beef turns brown.
Add the prepared seaweed to the pot, followed by soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes to remove excess moisture and reduce fishy taste.
Pour in 1.5L of water and bring to a boil. Add fish sauce and adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or salt if needed.
Add the tofu to the soup and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
