INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥛 1/2 block silken tofu
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp dried baby sardines
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper paste
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- A small amount of shiso leaves
ÉTAPES
Remove the stem from the tomato and dice into 1cm cubes. Cut the tofu into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, yuzu pepper paste, vinegar, and salad oil). Add the tofu, tomato, and dried baby sardines, and toss gently.
Serve in a dish and garnish with shiso leaves.
