- 🌾 60g all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp roasted soybean flour (kinako)
- 1 tsp baking powder
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix tofu and sugar until smooth, then add milk and melted butter and mix well.
Sift in the flour, kinako, and baking powder, and gently fold the mixture until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared tray, smooth the surface, and bake at 170°C for 20–30 minutes.
