INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Mushroom
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper, microwave at 600W for 90 seconds to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand. Cut the bacon into 1cm strips.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the tofu, and cook over medium heat until browned. Push the tofu to one side of the pan.
Add butter, shimeji mushrooms, and bacon to the pan. Stir-fry until the mushrooms become tender. Lower the heat and season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
