- 100g silken tofu
- 40-50g natto
- 1 1/2 cups dashi stock
- 🥛 1 cup soy milk
- 1 1/3 tbsp miso
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
ÉTAPES
Heat the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat.
Add the silken tofu, breaking it into smaller pieces gently.
Stir in the natto and mix gently.
Add the soy milk and heat until warm, but do not boil.
Dissolve the miso paste into the soup using a ladle or strainer.
